What to expect

On your first visit a full medical case history will be taken.
A postural examination will be carried out and you may be asked to perform some simple exercises to assess the problem.
A treatment plan will be explained and implemented and may incorporate a combination of manual techniques and other modalities such as ultrasound, laser or acupuncture to stimulate the healing process and return to a healthy state.
You may be given advice or a home exercise program as part of the treatment plan to encourage your symptoms to improve as soon as possible.
Treatments times last approximately 45 minutes
